2. Services Provided

Queen Vixen provides professional modeling representation services, including but not limited to:

• Model scouting and talent evaluation
• Professional representation to fashion and commercial clients
• Coordination of castings, auditions, and bookings
• Portfolio development guidance and assistance
• Career development and training programs
• Contract negotiation with clients and brands
• International placement through partner agencies
• Industry consultation and professional advice

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Application

3.1 Age Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to apply for representation. Models under 18 years of age require parental or legal guardian consent and involvement in all contractual agreements.

3.2 Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee representation. The Agency reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion based on portfolio quality, market demand, physical requirements, and other professional criteria.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process and to update such information as necessary. Misrepresentation of information, including but not limited to age, measurements, or experience, may result in immediate termination of representation.

4. Representation Agreement

4.1 Scope of Representation

If accepted for representation, a separate written representation agreement will be executed detailing the specific terms of our professional relationship, including commission rates, exclusivity provisions, term length, and termination conditions.

4.2 Commission Structure

The Agency typically charges a commission of 20% on gross earnings from bookings secured through our representation. Specific commission rates will be detailed in individual representation agreements and may vary based on job type, market, or other factors.

4.3 No Guaranteed Work

The Agency does not guarantee any specific number of bookings, income level, or career success. Modeling opportunities depend on market demand, client preferences, and individual model suitability for specific projects.

4.4 Professional Conduct

Models represented by the Agency agree to maintain professional conduct at all times, including punctuality, appropriate behavior at castings and bookings, and adherence to client requirements and industry standards.

5. Website Use

5.1 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Queen Vixen or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any website content without our prior written consent.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you agree not to:

6.2 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions. You represent and warrant that submitted content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6.3 Content Retention

The Agency reserves the right to retain submitted materials for business records even after termination of representation, though we will not actively promote such materials without an active representation agreement.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Model Payments

For represented models, payment for completed bookings will be processed after the Agency receives payment from clients, minus applicable commission. Payment timing varies depending on client terms but typically occurs within 30-90 days of job completion.

7.2 Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, models are responsible for expenses related to portfolio development, transportation to local castings, and personal items. The Agency will clearly communicate any expenses that may be model responsibility before they are incurred.

7.3 No Upfront Fees

The Agency operates on a commission basis and does not require upfront fees for standard representation services. Any costs for optional services such as professional photography or specialized training will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Agency

The Agency reserves the right to terminate representation or website access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, unprofessional conduct, or business considerations.

8.2 Termination by Model

Models may terminate representation in accordance with the terms specified in their individual representation agreements, typically requiring written notice within a specified timeframe.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the Agency will cease active promotion of the model's profile. However, commission may still be owed on bookings confirmed prior to termination or for ongoing usage of previously completed work.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Website Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Professional Advice

9.3 Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Luxe Hongkong , its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your use of our services or website
• Content or information you submit to the Agency
• Your breach of any representation or warranty made herein

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11.3 Informal Resolution

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith informal resolution of disputes by contacting the Agency directly to seek a mutually agreeable solution.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional agreements signed by parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Agency regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12.3 Severability
